Quick download help

Check your checkout email and spam folder for your download link. Download and extract the ZIP, then open a PDF in a compatible reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save a test entry before filling out the workbook. For printing, use US Letter paper at 100% scale.

All products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

How to unzip your download

  • Windows: Right-click the ZIP → Extract All.
  • Mac: Double-click the ZIP.
  • iPhone/iPad: Open Files and tap the ZIP.
  • Android: Open your file manager, select the ZIP → Extract.
