Digital download refunds and support

ABOSS Digital Products sells downloadable PDF planners and workbooks. No physical items are shipped or returned.

Please review the product description, included editions, page count, and previews before purchasing. Because digital files can be accessed and copied, we do not generally offer refunds for a change of mind after download.

If you receive a duplicate charge, cannot access your purchase, receive the wrong file, or find a damaged or materially misdescribed file, email hello@abossdigitalproducts.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide a working replacement, restore access, or refund the affected purchase as appropriate. Do not send payment card information.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when the credit appears. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable consumer law.
